Fugly Trailer

Fugly – Story, Plot, Cast

When the trailer begins, the first impression it gives is that of a slightly down-market Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani but soon we see that this is not one of those frothy coming of age films about beautiful, self indulgent people.  The impression is soon dispelled; this appears to be an altogether more earthy, gritty and realistic film.

fugly cast and crew Fugly – Social Thriller with a Message There are these 4 friends – Dev, Gaurav, Devi, Aditya. The three boys are played by Mohit Marwah, , Vijendra Singh (yes that would be our very own Olympic medal winning boxer making a Bollywood debut) and Arfi Lamba. Then there is their female friend – described as a ‘dyan’ played by Kiara Advani.

The four seem to be trying to figure out what to do with the rest of their lives. They soon fall foul to the law in the form of policeman Chautala played by a very rustic sounding Jimmy Shergill. The trailer then sees the friends land into all types of trouble. There is partying, blackmail and other mayhem to be found in the trailer of Fugly.

The movie is directed by Kabir Sadanand, actor/director whose previous offerings have included Chameli, Popcorn khao mast ho jao, Good Boy, Bad boy and other such films. Given this, Fugly is certainly going to be worth a watch.
