Peppermint ~ For the Soothing Effect
Menthol, the main chemical constituent of this aromatic plant is a powerful decongestant that not only helps in breaking phlegm but also in soothing the throat and sinuses.
All you have to do is Mix few drops of peppermint oil with eucalyptus oil, as well as almond oil. Apply the mixture on the back near the neck. Also, rub onto the throat, before you go to bed.
Gargle with a few drops of peppermint oil mixed in a glass of water before going to bed.
Take some dried and crunchy peppermint leaves (Dried for 24 hours in a tray in direct sunlight)and add them to boiling water. Cover the mixture and let it steep for ten to twenty minutes. Strain it, and drink.
Fenugreek ~ For Root Cause Elimination
Fenugreek is a natural decongestant which softens and dissolves hardened accumulated mucus. It also helps in cleansing the lymphatic system along with treating various problems including respiratory infections,excess mucous, bronchial catarrh and sinus congestion which causes snoring.

Clarified Butter ~ No more Locked Nasal Passages

Saline Nasal Spray (Using salt and distilled water)
You can make a saline nasal spray by yourself, for which you may need salt (1/4 tsp) and water (1/2 cup), preferably distilled or boiled.Now add the salt to water and stir well to make the salt dissolve completely in water.
All you have to do is Store this saline water in an empty bottle and pour 2 to 3 drops of this water into each of your nostrils.You can use this water upto 5 days.
