Have Kiran Bedi Gen. V.K. Singh been BJP Sympathizers right from the days of AAP as Kumar Vishwas and Ashish Khetan, from the AAP have alleged?

As Alleged by Kumar Vishwas and Ashish Khetankiran bedi gen v k singh KIRAN BEDI GEN. V.K. SINGH BJP SYMPATHIZERS IN IAC?

  1. Kumar Vishwas, the colourful Aam Aadmi Party leader has gone on the offensive every since Kiran Bedi, one of the founding members of the India Against Corruption (IAC) movement joined the BJP, and particularly since her candidature as the party’s projected Chief Minster was announced.
  2. Commenting on Bedi, Kumar Vishwas accused her of being a BJP sympathizer; of being so since her said as part of the IAC. He even alleged that during their days together in the IAC, Bedi had asked him (Kumar) to “go soft on the BJP”.
  3. Kumar Vishwas also insists that the BJP is “scared of Arvind Kejriwal” and that is why Kiran Bedi has been fielded as the party’s chief ministerial candidate. He remarked about the paucity of leaders within the BJP, saying that they had to resort to “our elder sister in the fight”. (Source – Financial Express.
  4. According to sources such as Ashish Khetan, from the AAP, Bedi used to dissuade Kejriwal from speaking against the BJP even during the days when they all worked together with Anna Hazare. (View Tweet below)
  5. Gen V K Singh is someone else who was a part of the original IAC movement and who since went on to join the BJP. Formerly in charge of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), he is now Minister of Statistics & Programme Implementation (Independent charge) as well as Minister of State in for External Affairs and Overseas Indian Affairs Ministries.
  6. Looking and the sequence of events, there does seem to be some credence to the claim that Kiran Bedi Gen. V.K. Singh may have been BJP sympathizers right from the days of the IAC.
