Kochadaiiyaan literally means the ‘king with the long curly mane’ – it is a Tamil film starring Rajinikanth – there I said all that was needed to get people to the theaters in their droves. But there are a lot of other things that are very interesting about the film – it uses Motion Capture technology (previolusly used for Tin Tin and Avatar which records human actions and uses those to animate digital characters) for the first time in India. It is also a period film in 3D. Watch the trailer of Kochadaiiyaan, view the posters, hear the music and find out the story. The movie will release in Hindi this May.
