We hope that this in turn will contribute to the make in India campaign.
Ms. Avarna Jain– Chairperson of YFLO (Young FICCI Ladies Organisation says “The world health organization defines Wellness as “an active process of becoming aware of and making choice towards a healthy and fulfilling life and as I conclude the conclave I am sure we have taken one step closer towards our Wellness”
YFLO has been doing some good work with skilling, YFLO would like to work with the ITIs and achieve this goal of skill development and at providing employability skills to women.Getting employed is a 3 step process. It starts with exposure – many of the girls at the ITI maybe training to work in the food industry but have never seen the inside of a cafe or restaurant. At this stage what they need is exposure. Thereafter they need to be able to intern within the industry to enhance their employability skills. After this comes employment. And at every step YFLO with a 300 member body will be able to help them get exposure in the relevant fields, intern in the appropriate industry, both of which will give them the finer employability skills that they need to stand on their own feet.
YFLO hopes that we will have the support of the minister to further these goals of YFLO and the SLEEPWELL FOUNDATION
