Right of Education is basic and primary requirement of India, since We Indians are forging into a Big Economies among the world. But Contrarily, Educational figures are beckoning as red alarm for next generations due to Social, Political and Economical gaps among Indian Societies. Economic difference is not an inseparable component from Education; its vast differences are visible in form of gap in per capital incomes of Indian “wage and bread” earners. The fact is that 26 %( Approx.)Population lives under below poverty lines, whereas estimates are found even worst at the ground level. And for these Weak and marginalized Social families, it really become impossible them unready to send their children for fulfilling basic Primary Education needs. Worst Consequences, Domestic needs and Emotional metamorphism enforces Children to be protagonist in the family in early ages and to contribute in day-to-day household economy. And even if they enjoin the school, their family problems suppress them as a devil; and enforce them to drop out schools in a midst. Often, Poor parents compromising attitude, takes a gloom over Educational value and they don’t understand the essence of dignity and moral strands. Moreover, they astray with essential Human Development and available human resources and they only kneel over family conditions.

Education – A peep into the past

If we peep into a past, In Imperial timeframe, it was really, a duty of the king to educate every child under their sovereign state and Boys and parents could be punished for not sending their children to the school under a Guru (a learned Sage).But now it can be seen as Social decay under democratic outlay where we see rampant corruption and wretched policies. Most of senior Polity thinkers and sociologist have realized that Education is still lagging a way behind its estimates figures. Education can be seen as combination of social change, as an instrument of social change, as a result of Social change, although Literacy rates in India have arisen dramatically from 18 per cent in 1951 to 65 per cent in 2001, but these rates are still far from the UMI reference level of 95 per cent .Vast differences also remain among different sections demographically. Biggest concern as I read in THE HINDU article about the School Dropout Figures in 300 millions that actually overwhelmed me. These figures really aspire me to contemplate on, how we are marred in Socio- Economic paradigm complicity. And How far we behind the estimates. Economic development is different from National Development. We can never talk about Nation Development without education Development.

Drop Outs

The very basic root reason for “Drop Outs” can be seeing as Economic needs of the family (85), Social Disinterest (20), Distance from the school Parent compulsion (24) Care of younger sibling (18), and these figures are often mutable demographically. It becomes even more difficult if we treat our children like livestock and beg contribution to household economy. Thus it may conclude Productive Lives of children are on a stake if we are not conscious about the Citizenship rights and Social responsibility. Poor families should never hinge their children to wage employment in early ages even in poor, if they even do so, they enforces their Children to backward mental regression.  Child productivity is a metamorphism so it can never bind with the Child labor or Family accountability in early ages.

Literacy And Social Change

Without Literacy we can never imagine an upright and robust Social changes. India is one of most populous countries in the world, and a collection of Indigenous Societies, even if we reckon single class , there will be thousands of families would be affecting by the change. also have enacted by comprehending High quality education program value in having potential to close gaps among the middle class and poor and minority children. Government has already granted Literacy as the minimum right and requirement for Indian citizen, and mandated In Article 21 – A Free and compulsory education to all 6-14 years of age. But however, its implementation has still required multiple years to designate at the adequate milestone, due to prevalent socio-economic issues. Since we have observed a rise of Industrialization from post independence era, so it really becomes essential to measure their Labour Impact also. That influence may be compromised with low dignity of Labour and compel the Low economic poor to yield under day -to-day livelihood in the early ages of life .Poor Parents often approve to children to do the job in premature ages. That is a major setback to the societies. Thus, it becomes more important the role of young educated generation to partake in disseminating the awareness among all underprivileged and marginalized families. Although there are major initiative from the Governmental organization, Private sectors and NGO’s that work in a way to organize Communication channels and do qualitative research on the deep ground level, our accountability becomes more and more as we feel like a responsible citizens .I understand, Change is never an easy process and it would need to motivate though attitudinal modifications in Society and though Social, economical, political changes. But if we understand the changes as a necessary phenomenon, we must realize the Education role in bringing staunch change in behaviors of all human beings and its contribution in enrichment of culture.

Education – Our Fundamental Right

Our Constitution has also provided us moral and fundamental rights, so having these rights to be on grounds it comes with duties and responsibilities of its citizens. Every individual is abide by its law and everyone has his duties in the communities .If we ponder its value; we should corporate in whatever way we can. We can promote in more and more social programs. “If Society would awaken with consciousness, only then a Development in a Country can be flourished”. Of course, it’s definitely not about our chauvinism, but this time to express our deepest patriotism towards right of education initiative since we Indians are not conscienceless.
