According to the confirmed sources, Panjak Tripathi will be away from the show for quite some time now as Pankaj wants to give more time to his movie commitments. Therefore, in the upcoming episodes, we will be seeing Dushyant Singh heading to the jail. This jail sequence is added in the serial Sarojini only to accommodate Pankaj Tripathi’s absence.

Dushyant Singh Will Be Jailed Along With Mannu

According to reliable sources, Mannu (Aanchal Khurana) will expose the truth of Suzi (Sarojini) in front of the entire family. However, before her major khulasa, the two – Somendar and Suzi (aka Sarojini aka Shiny Doshi) would have already got married to each other. Following this, there will be a huge revelation which will eventually lead to the great exposure of Mannu.

Post this, both Dushyant Singh and Mannu will get arrested amidst huge drama, giving some major relief to Sarojini, now the legal wife of Somendar.

When contacted, this is what Pankaj Tripathi told a leading Television website

“Dushyant is a very powerful character and I have loved playing it. This was my return to TV after five years. And it was real hard work to shoot for TV amidst my movie commitments. I have always been granted time for my movie work, and this has been the norm from my day one of shoot for Sarojini. So I really do not know what you are talking about. I have not yet shot any sequence that indicates to me getting a break from the show. Anyway, I will have a clearer picture in few days time.”

Also, the creative time of Sarojini is thinking whether to bring back Pankaj Tripathi in the serial or to erase his character permanently.

However, this doesn’t mean Sarojini will have her peaceful time in the serial because the makers have already filled the space by introducing another antagonist to ensure there is enough drama, and nautanki in the absence of Dushyant Singh aka Pankaj Tripathi.

Alka Kaushal Has Joined the Team of Sarojini

Well, the daadi of Ragini in Swaragini (Alka Kaushal) will now enter Sarojini as Dushyant Singh’s sister and Somendra’s bua. She will be as aggressive as Dushyant and ensure that she keeps the dehshat alive in the house in the absence of her brother. Alka is a great actress especially when it comes to negative roles. Her negative stint in Qubool Hai and now in Swaragini is a proof how brilliant Alka is when it comes to essaying a negative role. We are sure here in Sarojini too she will give goosebumps to all the positive characters.
