Shraddha Kapoor made her singing debut with the song Galliyan in Balaji Motion Pictures ‘Ek Villain.’ While, shooting for Aashiqui 2, Shraddha mentioned Mohit Suri, the director of the film that she wanted to sing a song as well. Mohit asked her to sing. When she sang, he just said okay and nothing else.

However, he gave her the chance to sing in his next film “Ek Villain” where Shraddha sang “Galliyan – Unplugged” in her voice. It surely is an amazing song which we still can’t stop singing. The male singer in the song is Ankit Tiwari who is also the music composer of the film. After singing the love ballad ‘Galliyan’ with Ankit Tiwari, Shraddha got an opportunity she couldn’t just resist. Well, she got a chance to sing with veteran singer Suresh Wadkarji in Vishal Bharadwaj’s film Haider. Here, she was seen matching the vocals with that of Sureshji to sing the Kashmiri folk song – ‘Do Jahaan’ which is a lament.
